HERBED GREENS Stir-frying
captures the flavours brilliantly. The trick is not to overcook the
cabbage and that you serve it as soon as it is cooked. So simple -
and so delicious.
6 cups shredded cabbage and sliced celery
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh herbs, finely chopped
Stir-fry the vegetables and garlic in oil for 4-5 minutes or until
tender but still slightly crisp. Add the herbs, honey and vinegar
and toss well to ensure the vegetables are well coated and the honey
has melted. Serve immediately.
